Q. How does it work?

A. We generate consumer interest for a variety of financial services products via online marketing. When a consumer visits one of our websites they have the opportunity to submit an enquiry, this enquiry is then transferred to one of our partners in real time. Each lead is exclusively matched based upon the details of your order and the consumer’s criteria.

Q. Where do the leads come from?

A. We generate all of our leads online, from sites like comparealoan.co.uk and expertcompare.co.uk. Customers search online for a product, click on our adverts and complete an enquiry to be contacted by an expert. All of our leads are delivered in real-time and each lead is matched exclusively to a client.

Q. What makes E-finity different?

A. We see every relationship as a long term partnership and we will work with you to understand your sales goals and set targets that we should be regularly measured against. You will be assigned a dedicated account manager, who will personally set up your orders, walk you through the system and be there to help with any questions you might have along the way. We are directly authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority (603273​).

Q. Is there a minimum order I have to take?

A. We do not have any minimum orders or deposit amounts, this way you can be comfortable with our service before you commit to larger orders. That said it is unlikely you will get a true feel for the quality with an order of 3 or 4 leads.

Q. What is the average conversion rate?

A. We see return on investment (ROI) as the key indicator of quality. With that in mind we aim to generate you a minimum of a 3:1 ROI for all of our leads. Continual optimisation is important to us, so based on your experience and feedback we will work to improve the leads.

Q. How do I set up my orders?

A. Your designated account manager will do the hard work for you. All that you need to do is let them know what you are looking for.

Q. What filtering options are available?

A. This depends on the product, it is probably best for you to speak with your account manager or any member of the EFL team.
